Yoga Classes
Our yoga classes are available to all ages and stages of practice. We encourage you to always listen to your body and work at a pace that works well for you. Yoga is indeed a practice and we offer options and modifications for our poses in a competition free environment.
Kripalu Yoga: Kripalu yoga combines movement, breath, and self-inquiry to improve not just your physical condition, but also your mental and emotional states. Its focus is on helping you cultivate awareness and compassion towards yourself and others, both on and off the yoga mat.
Inner Strength: We will get a little more out of our Yoga practice by holding poses using our own body weight and/or with the assistance of weighted bars.
Flex and Flow: An active combination of flowing sequences with core strengthening poses. All levels welcome.
Yoga Funk: A Vinyasa flow with a little sass. We incorporate hip hop and reggae for a lively and fun freestyle class.
Power Yoga: This class is for those of us who want to take their practice to the next level. Some yoga experience recommended.
Yoga Sweat We will begin in a heated room (about 85 degrees) and continue to move to increase our body heat in a safe way. Some yoga experience recommended.
Yin Yoga and Mindfulness focuses on the body's delicate connective tissues with three- to five-minute poses. Each position stretches and strengthens ligaments and joints to gently increase range of motion.
Meditative Flow: Created by owners Meg and Beth, we practice the true meaning of Yoga by unifying body, mind and spirit through restorative yoga poses and guided meditation throughout.
Meditation Discussion: Join us to discuss how meditation is improving your overall health and well-being. We will discuss and practice various techniques from breath work to visualizations. Anyone wishing to either begin or expand their practice is welcome.
Yoga Nidra: Facilitated by Judy Giovangelo, CHt, Certified Hypnotherapist and Yoga Instructor. Create new neuropath ways in your mind through meditation and guided visualization YOGA NIDRA means yogic sleep, a state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration. $20 adults, $10 teens
Tune into You: Learn new ways to heal and strengthen your body through the use of sound, meditation, yoga, breathing techniques and life-giving foods. This is a hands-on class with an open discussion format. In order to give full attention to all students, space is limited to 5 and pre-registration is required… $25 drop in, $145 in advance for 7 week session.
Awaken and Energize Start the day right as we center ourselves in this flowing morning class.
Stretch and Strengthen Build core stability and focus on breathing and alignment as you make this practice truly your own.
Philosophy and Flow Going beyond the postures, we explore the 8 limbs of yoga. After an extended meditation, our asana practice will embody our weekly focus. Following savasana, all are welcome to stay for a short group discussion.
Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

February 27th: Rooted in Love
Love is the foundation for all mindful activities. This month we will explore all the ways we stray from our foundation and how we can build a strong foundation, rooted in love. We will walk through the practical ways in which we can work mindfulness into every act from waking up in the morning, to getting dressed, to preparing meals for ourselves and our loved ones and eating, drinking and sleeping. You will leave this class with a greater understanding of how your environment has the potential to bring you greater joy, or greater stress and what you can do about it. You will go home wth a tool kit full of practical ways to remain calm in the middle of a storm and enjoy peace in every moment. Awareness trainings are held the fourth Friday of every month. $20
Breathe Wellness is a place of healing; a sanctuary where body mind and spirit are united; a place where people sit and converse over coffee and tea and tell stories that encourage and uplift others; a place where wounds are healed; wounds of the body as well as wounded spirits. At Breathe Wellness, people sit and read, and write and tell stories. People learn how to fall in love with their dreams again, fall in love with their bodies, fall in love with their minds and yes, eventually fall in love with others. It is a place where people feel safe to laugh, cry, rejoice, mourn, and be themselves; a place where people hug hello and goodbye; a place where anytime is a good time to stop in and say hello, or practice yoga, or meditate, or get a massage, or a Reiki treatment. It is a place where people can forget about their to-do list for a little while and just
BREATHE.
