Kripalu Yoga, Tuesdays 7:00pm, Sundays 5:30pm
Kripalu yoga combines movement, breath, and self-inquiry to improve your physical condition, mental and emotional states. Its focus is on helping you cultivate awareness and compassion towards yourself and others, both on and off the yoga mat.
Power Hour/Power Vinyasa (Recommended for Intermediate and advanced Yogis) Sundays 9:15am, Tuesdays 7am, Thursdays 7pm
A vigorous series of poses connected with breathe that will cleanse and strengthen your body while calming and soothing your mind.
Mondays 6:00pm, Tuesdays 4:30pm, Wednesdays 9am and 7:15pm, Friday 9am and 4pm
These classes are all gentle, mindful vinyasa flows. Take them to whatever level you choose as you listen to and honor your body.
Yoga for Runners, Mondays 7:15pm
Designed and taught by a long-distance runner and yoga instructor, this class will help to strengthen muscles, increase balance and flexibility, and improve mental focus.
Soulful Yoga, Mondays 4:00pm
This class will focus on many heart opening poses wit the intent to develop more self-love and self-compassion. By loving ourselves, we are more capable of loving others. All are welcome.
Flex and Flow, Thursdays 9:00am
An active combination of flowing sequences with core strengthening poses. All levels welcome.
CARDIYoga, Thursdays, 5:30pm
A fusion of cardiovascular training, pilates and yoga. Vigorous yoga flow and short cardio bursts help to strengthen your heart and lungs while creating long, lean muscles. This class will increase your core strength and endurance, improve your flexibility and balance, reduce stress levels, and provide a lasting sense of well-being.
Meditative Flow, Saturdays 8:30am
Created by owners Meg and Beth, we practice the true meaning of Yoga by unifying body, mind and spirit through restorative yoga poses and guided meditation throughout. This is a very gentle class that focuses on relaxation and opening the body through breath.
Gentle Awakening, Sundays 10:30am
Morning Yoga is a balanced practice that will wake up your body and breathe life and space into it after a night’s sleep. The class will incorporate creative sequencing at just the right pace to center you and prepare you for the day. Postures and sequences will focus on awareness, strength, proper alignment and breathing. This is a practice that will challenge the body in various ways each morning, creating health and balance while still practicing familiar postures.
Mindfulness Training, Thursdays 7:00pm
It’s not what you think. Literally…we are not our thoughts. In formal meditation practice we relax into an alert posture and watch as the mind is bombarded by an endless stream of thoughts. We learn that “we don’t have to go to every party we are invited to.” In time, we develop an ability to “see” these thoughts, instead of “be” the thoughts. This leads to a profound sense of peace and and control.
YinYasa Flow, Mondays 9:00am
Yin yoga accesses the deeper connective tissues of the body through long holds, creating resilience n the body and mind. Vinyasa taps into active Yang energy, building strength and muscle flexibility. Restorative poses integrate Yin and Yang for sustained balance and calm. All levels welcome.
Hot Flow Yoga, Fridays 6:15pm
Our studio will be a warm 90 degrees and we will work at a moderate pace to keep things HOT! Come take this class to cleanse your body from the inside out! If you have any medical concerns, please check with your doctor before taking this class.
Mid-Day Stretch, Tuesdays 12:00pm
We will do gentle stretches to help ease you from your morning into the rest of your day. Class is suitable for all levels.
Mindful Movement, Tuesdays 5:30pm
Feel the moment with a relaxng hour of moving mindfully, where the goal of the practice is to sustain just one posture; the posture of an intimate and non-judgmental embodied experience.
Restorative Yoga (a monthly specialty class, dates vary)
This gentle, inactive class allows you to find stillness while gently opening the body. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps, we work toward engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to help the body achieve deep restoration. The class is slightly meditative in nature and is suitable for all levels as well as those with injuries and/or illness.
Sunrise Yoga, Wednesdays 6:00am

Yoga for Beginners, Saturdays 10:15am
For the beginner who has never done yoga before, or for the more experienced yogi who wants a refresher, this class is for everyone. Our body can fall into patterns that have potential to do us more harm than good. This class will take us through the most common yoga poses as we examine how are bodies move in and out of the poses and how we can benefit the most from our practice.
Warm Yoga, Tuesdays 8:15am, Wednesdays 7:30am
Begin your day with a moderately paced class in a moderately heated 85 degree room. All levels welcome.
Yoga 101, Tuesdays 6:00pm
We will truly take this class “back to basics.” We will begin with a brief warm-up and then concentrate on a few specific poses each week. This is a great class for beginners and long-time practitioners alike.
Energetic Movement, Fridays 7:30am
We will use our bodies, minds and breath as we focus on our energy centers. All levels welcome.
Prana Dance, Thursdays 8:30pm
Connect with your inner life force and and dance yourself into a state of blissful freedom. This class combines guided and freestyle movement, encouraging a relaxed mind united with body, soul and spirit. No yoga or dance experience is necessary. Be prepared for a full body exercise and to have fun.
Warm Resistance Yoga, Fridays 5:00pm
We will add a little resistance to our yoga practice through the use of exercise bands and resistance tubes. All levels welcome.
