Flex and Flow
An active combination of flowing sequences with core strengthening poses. All levels welcome.
This one hour class features simple athletic yoga poses to build muscle and core strength. The class begins with a warm-up to loosen tight postural muscles, then moves to a strength-based asana flow with special attention given to the glutes and abs. The class always finishes with quiet time, savasana. This class is appropriate for all.
A fusion of Cardio, Yoga and Pilates, this high intensity class includes cardio intervals with balance and yoga poses to maximize fat-burning and give you long, lean muscles.

Morning Yoga is a balanced practice that will wake up your body and breathe life and space into it after a night’s sleep. The class will incorporate creative sequencing at just the right pace to center you and prepare you for the day. Postures and sequences will focus on awareness, strength, proper alignment and breathing. This is a practice that will challenge the body in various ways each morning, creating health and balance while still practicing familiar postures.
Join us to discuss how meditation is improving your overall health and well-being. We will discuss and practice various techniques from breath work to visualizations. Anyone wishing to either begin or expand their practice is welcome.
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Yoga for Beginners
For the beginner who has never done yoga before, or for the more experienced yogi who wants a refresher, this class is for everyone. Our body can fall into patterns that have potential to do us more harm than good. This class will take us through the most common yoga poses as we examine how are bodies move in and out of the poses and how we can benefit the most from our practice.
A class designed specifically to assist soldiers in coping with PTSD as well as the daily and specific stresses that military members are exposed to. The classes are also open to those from other high stress environments in addition to the caregivers and family members of those affected.
Please contact us if you or someone you know is in recovery from addiction and is in need of healing. A practice of mind, body and breath to help aid in recovery from all forms of addiction. We will use a combination of gentle stretching poses, breathing exercises and guided visualization in this 75 minute class. Addiction comes in many forms. Some of the benefits you can receive from this practice are an increase in physical strength and flexibility, a quieter mind, a letting go of the past and a greater awareness of how you can move forward, toward the person you were meant to be. No Yoga experience is necessary.
